The present invention relates to a culture apparatus for propagating mushroom spawn. In particular, the culture apparatus injects clean air into a sealed chamber with a higher pressure than the atmospheric pressure and slowly rotates a casing containing an activation material inside the chamber, thereby circulating the air therein, so as to increase the activity of mushroom spawn that propagates in liquid. Thus, the culture apparatus can reduce the culturing time for the spawn; can prevent the spawn from dying by allowing a robust growth of the spawn; and can increase the production of the mushroom. The culture apparatus comprises, as main components: a frame placed on the bottom surface; a chamber placed in an upper part of the frame and has open one side portion; a cover which is coupled to the open one side portion of the chamber to open and close; an activator which is installed on one side of the chamber to rotate an activation material inside the chamber; and an air injection valve which injects clean air into an inner space of the chamber, with a higher pressure than the atmospheric pressure. 본 발명은 버섯종균을 증식하는 배양장치에 관한 기술로서, 밀폐된 챔버 안에 대기압 보다 높은 압력으로 청정한 공기를 주입하고, 활성화 물질이 담긴 케이싱을 챔버 안에서 서서히 회전시켜 내부공기를 순환시킴으로써, 액상에서 증식하는 버섯종균의 활성도를 높이므로, 종균의 배양시간이 단축될 뿐만 아니라 종균을 왕성한 상태로 증식시켜 고사를 방지하고, 버섯의 생산성을 높이는 버섯종균 배양장치에 관한 기술이다. 이러한 본 발명의 주요 구성은, 바닥면에 놓이는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 상부에 배치되고, 일측부가 개방된 챔버; 상기 챔버의 개방된 일측부에 결합 설치되며, 개폐되는 커버; 상기 챔버의 일측에 설치되고, 챔버 안에서 활성화 물질을 회전시키는 활성기; 및 상기 챔버의 내부공간에 대기압 보다 높은 압력으로 청정한 공기를 주입하는 에어주입밸브;를 포함하여 구현된다.
