Summary:The present invention discloses an apparatus for detecting dust and analyzing the shape thereof in a liquid using an image sensor, and a method thereof. That is, the present invention makes particles present in a liquid clear by using photometry of an LED or short-wavelength light similar to the LED. The shape of dust particles is directly photographed using an ultra-high-speed image sensor in a direction perpendicular to the direction of irradiation of the short-wavelength light and converted into a preset calculation logic and a magnification of the lens based on the unique pixel values of the ultra-high-speed image sensor. Therefore, it is possible to improve the measurement efficiency of the number and size of particles present in ultrapure water, chemicals, abrasives, etc., or uniformity of particle concentration. 본 발명은 이미지 센서를 이용한 액체 중 먼지 검출 및 형상 분석 장치 및 그 방법을 개시한다. 즉, 본 발명은 LED 또는 상기 LED와 유사한 단파장 빛의 측광을 이용하여 액체 중에 존재하는 입자를 선명하게 보이도록 하고, 상기 단파장 빛의 조사 방향과 수직한 방향에서 초고속 이미지 센서를 이용하여 먼지 입자의 형상을 직접 촬영하여 상기 초고속 이미지 센서가 가지고 있는 고유 화소값을 근거로 미리 설정된 계산 로직과 렌즈의 배율로 환산함으로써, 초순수, 화학 약품, 연마제 등에 존재하는 입자의 개수와 크기 또는 입자 농도 균일성에 대한 측정 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
