The present invention relates to a seasonal ice storage device using an oscillating heat pipe. According to the present invention, the seasonal ice storage device using an oscillating heat pipe comprises: a water storage tank installed in the ground and configured to store water for generating ice therein; and an oscillating heat pipe composed of a metal tube having a corrugated closed-loop shape wherein one side is a condensation portion and the other side is an evaporation portion. The metal tube is installed in the vertical direction on the ground so that the evaporation portion is embedded in the water storage tank. The condensation portion is exposed to outdoor air on the ground, and the evaporation portion is submerged in water under the ground. 본 발명은 진동형 히트 파이프를 사용하는 고성능의 계간 빙축열 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 진동형 히트 파이프를 이용한 계간 빙축열 장치는 지중에 설치되며 얼음 생성을 위한 물이 저장되는 물 저장조;와 일측은 응축부이고 타측은 증발부인 폐루프의 구불구불한 형상을 갖는 금속튜브로 이루어진 진동형 히트 파이프;를 포함하되, 상기 금속튜브는 상기 증발부가 상기 물 저장조에 매설되도록 지표에 수직방향으로 설치되어, 상기 응축부는 지상의 외기에 노출되어 위치되고, 상기 증발부는 지중의 물에 잠기도록 위치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
