Summary:Provided is a circular road crushing apparatus, which increases crushing efficiency with respect to a road and allows cleaner excavation to be implemented, thereby minimizing crushed fragments or dust from being generated. To this end, the circular road crushing apparatus includes: a rotating plate connected to a rotation shaft of a driving part providing rotating force to be rotated; a bit part positioned on the edge of the rotating plate and crushing the road along a periphery of a manhole frame to form an excavation groove; a fixing shaft coupled to the center of the rotating plate to form a rotary central shaft; and a shaft part shaft-supporting the fixing shaft. 도로에 대한 파쇄 효율을 높이고 보다 깔끔한 굴착이 이루어져 파쇄 파편이나 분진의 발생을 최소화할 수 있도록, 회전력을 제공하는 구동부의 회전축에 연결되어 회전되는 회전판, 상기 회전판의 가장자리에 위치하며 맨홀틀 주변을 따라 도로를 파쇄하여 굴착골을 형성하는 비트부, 상기 회전판 중심에 결합되어 회전 중심축을 이루는 고정축, 상기 고정축을 축지지하는 축부를 포함하는 도로 원형 파쇄장치를 제공한다.
