Summary:According to the present invention, an image sensor comprises: pixels; and an analog-to-digital converter selecting output values of the pixels using an analog multiplexer and performing convolution and converting the output values into digital signals at the same time using a delta-sigma ADC. According to the present invention, since capacity of processed data is reduced and power consumption may be reduced, the image sensor may obtain an advantage more suitable for a portable device. 본 발명에 따른 이미지 센서에는, 픽셀들; 상기 픽셀들의 출력값을 아날로그 멀티플렉서를 이용하여 선택하고 그 값들을 델타-시그마 ADC를 이용하여 합성곱 연산과 디지털 신호로의 변환을 동시에 수행하는 아날로그 디지털 변환기가 포함된다. 본 발명에 따른 처리되는 데이터의 용량이 줄어들고, 전력소모를 줄일 수 있어서, 휴대용 기기에 더욱 적합한 장점을 얻을 수 있다.
