The operating platform comprises: a plurality of access controllers which control access of a worker by controlling turn on/off of gates installed at the access positions and internal control areas of a construction site; a management server which recognizes a safety helmet ID allocated to a safety helmet worn by the worker and face information of the worker, determines whether the recognized information matches pre-stored worker information, controls a corresponding access controller to open a gate corresponding to the location of the worker when the recognized information matches the pre-stored worker information, and notifies a worker terminal corresponding to the recognized safety helmet ID of the use of the safety helmet when the recognized information does not match the pre-stored worker information; and the worker terminal which provides a work movement path at the gate based on the work schedule of the worker when the gate is opened. 본 발명은 건설현장 근로자 얼굴과 특수라벨 번호 분석 모듈을 이용한 운영플랫폼에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 건설현장 출입위치 및 내부 통제구역에 설치된 게이트의 온오프를 제어하여 근로자의 출입을 통제하는 복수의 출입통제기, 근로자가 착용한 안전모에 부여된 안전모ID 및 상기 근로자의 안면정보를 인식하여 기저장된 근로자정보와 매칭 여부를 판단하고, 매칭시 근로자 위치에 대응되는 게이트를 오픈하도록 해당 출입통제기를 제어하고, 비매칭시 인식된 안전모ID에 대응되는 근로자단말기로 안전모 사용을 알림하는 관리서버 및 상기 게이트의 오픈시 근로자의 작업스케줄을 기반으로 상기 게이트에서 작업이동경로를 제공하는 근로자 단말기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설현장 근로자 얼굴과 특수라벨 번호 분석 모듈을 이용한 운영플랫폼에 관한 것이다.
