According to the present invention, a caregiver toy for storing only valid data in a pattern of a user comprises: a message transfer unit to transfer a user-specific message based on big data constructed in accordance with a pattern of a user to the user; a user detection unit to use a voice or an image of the user to detect a start of an interaction of the user responding to the message; a real-time state information monitoring unit to monitor real-time state information from a wearable device worn on the user if the start of the interaction of the user is detected; a valid data storage unit to check whether the interaction of the user responding to the message is completed, end real-time state information monitoring from the wearable device and store monitoring time and the real-time state information as report data if the interaction of the user is successfully completed, determine that the interaction of the user has failed if the interaction of the user exceeds a prescribed time, end real-time state information monitoring from the wearable device, store failure information of the monitoring as report data, and drop the real-time state information; and a state information report unit to transmit whether the interaction of the user is successful and the report data in accordance with whether the interaction of the user is successful to a server. 본 발명은 사용자의 패턴 중 유효 데이터만을 저장하는 돌보미 토이에 있어서, 사용자의 패턴에 따라 구성된 빅데이터에 기반한 사용자 특정(user-specific) 메시지를 사용자에게 전달하는 메시지 전달부, 메시지에 대응하는 사용자의 인터렉션(interaction)의 시작을 사용자의 음성 혹은 영상을 이용하여 감지하는 사용자 감지부, 사용자의 인터렉션의 시작이 감지되는 경우, 사용자에게 착용된 웨어러블 디바이스(wearable device)로부터 실시간 상태 정보를 모니터링하는 실시간 상태 정보 모니터링부, 메시지에 대응하는 사용자의 인터렉션이 완료되었는지 여부를 체크하고, 사용자의 인터렉션이 성공적으로 완료된 경우, 웨어러블 디바이스로부터의 실시간 상태 정보 모니터링을 종료하고 모니터링의 진행 시간 및 실시간 상태 정보를 보고 데이터로 저장하며, 사용자의 인터렉션이 소정의 시간을 초과하는 경우, 사용자의 인터렉션이 실패되었다고 판단하며, 웨어러블 디바이스로부터의 실시간 상태 정보 모니터링의 종료 및 모니터링의 실패 정보를 보고 데이터로 저장하고, 실시간 상태 정보를 드롭(drop)하는, 유효 데이터 저장부 및 사용자의 인터렉션의 성공 여부 및 사용자의 인터렉션의 성공 여부에 따른 보고 데이터를 서버로 송신하는 상태 정보 보고부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
