Summary:The present invention provides a novel biomarker which can predict and diagnose the occurrence of oral cancer. The oral cancer biomarker of the present invention has a markedly increased or decreased expression level in oral cancer cells compared to normal oral cells. The oral cancer biomarker of the present invention is a secretory protein and thus can predict or early diagnose oral cancer by measuring the expression level thereof in a biological sample, for example a body fluid such as salvia. 본 발명은 구강암의 발생을 예측하고 진단할 수 있는 신규한 바이오마커를 제공한다. 본 발명의 구강암 바이오마커는 정상 구강세포에 대비하여 구강암세포에서 그의 발현 수준이 확연히 증가 또는 감소되어 있다. 본 발명의 구강암 바이오마커는 분비형 단백질로서, 생물학적 샘플 예를 들어 타액과 같은 체액에서 이의 발현 수준을 측정하면, 구강암의 발생을 예측하거나 구강암의 조기 진단이 가능하다.
