Summary:The present invention relates to a fixture for promoting the inner membrane of a maxillary sinus, which can temporarily seal an implant placement fixture until the maxillary sinus regenerates in the case that the maxillary sinus is damaged during an implant procedure. The fixture for promoting the inner membrane of a maxillary sinus comprises: a head pressurized and attached to the circumference of an implant placement fixture formed on gum; an inserting unit extended downwardly to the head in a straight line; a tapered entering unit downwardly extended from the inserting unit and having the diameter gradually getting narrower; a spiral wing formed on the outer circumferential surface of the entering unit and fastened to the alveolar bone with the diameter thereof gradually getting narrower; a curved unit formed at the insertion end unit of the entering unit; and a cell cultivating membrane coated or fixed to the curved unit and having inner membrane cells, which are included in blood inside the maxillary sinus, attached in order to induce rapid growth. The cell cultivating membrane is manufactured by mixing polycaprolactone, that is, a biodegradable polymer, and gelatin and/or collagen, and is unevenly coated in a nanofiber thickness for thin filming. In addition, a curved step is formed between the head and the inserting unit. In the step, a plurality of latch ring protrusions are formed for checking a bleeding while maintaining an interval from the gum. Therefore, the fixture for promoting the inner membrane of a maxillary sinus can remove a secondary infection factor due to bacteria inside a mouth. 본 발명은 임플란트 시술 중 상악동 내막이 손상되었을 때 상악동 내막이 재생할때 까지 임플란트 식립구를 임시 밀봉할 있는 상악동 내막 재생 촉진 픽스츄어에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 잇몸에 형성된 임플란트 식립구 둘레에 가압 밀착되는 헤드;와, 상기 헤드에 하향으로 직선 연장되어 삽입부;와, 상기 삽입부에서 하향 연장되어 직경이 점차적으로 감소하는 테이퍼진 진입부;와, 상기 진입부의 외주면에 형성되어 직경이 점차적으로 줄어드는 형태로 치조골에 체결되는 나선형 날개;와, 상기 진입부의 삽입 단부에 형성되는 곡면부; 및 상기 곡면부에 도포 또는 고정되어 상악동 내의 혈액 속에 포함된 내막 세포가 부착되어 빠른 성장을 유도하는 세포배양막;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 세포배양막은 생분해성 고분자인 폴리카프로락톤과, 젤라틴 및/또는 콜라겐을 혼합하여 나노섬유 굵기로 불규칙하게 도포되어 박막화되고, 상기 헤드와 삽입부의 사이에는 만곡된 단차가 형성되고, 상기 단차에는 잇몸과의 간격을 유지하면서 지혈할 수 있는 다수의 환테돌기가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
