The present invention relates to an oral fixation device for radiation therapy and an oral fixation method applied during the treatment of lip cancer. The oral fixation device for radiation therapy according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first spacer including a first insert unit inserted between a first lateral lip and a first lateral gum; and a tooth support unit coupled from the first spacer toward the inside of the oral cavity while the teeth or gum of a patient is placed.
