The present invention relates to a low-noise tennis practice device with a variable inclination angle, which is capable of simply adjusting a release angle of a rebounding tennis ball. According to the present invention, the low-noise tennis practice device with a variable inclination angle comprises: a plurality of elastic members including a frame which includes a pair of side members spaced apart and disposed in parallel and a connection member connecting the pair of side members, and a wire mesh which is disposed in a space surrounded by the frame in a tensioned state, and disposed at a different inclination to rebound a tennis ball hit by a user by a plurality of times and return the same toward the user; and a rotary shaft rotationally connecting a side surface member of the pair of adjacent elastic members.
