Summary:The present invention relates to an energy harvesting device which effectively harvests electromagnetic waves. The energy harvesting device comprises: a soft magnetic material which focuses electromagnetic energy from an external energy source; a harvester which harvests the focused electromagnetic energy; a position adjustment unit which adjusts a distance (d1) between the soft magnetic material and the harvester; and a control unit which measures voltage of the harvester in accordance with a change in the distance (d1) between the soft magnetic material and the harvester by position adjustment of the position adjustment unit, determines a distance (d1′) between the soft magnetic material, in which the highest voltage of the measured voltage is measured, and the harvester, and controls the soft magnetic material and the harvester to be positioned at the determined distance (d1′). 에너지 하베스팅 장치는, 외부의 에너지원으로부터 전자기에너지를 집속하는 연자성체와, 집속된 전자기에너지를 하베스팅하는 하베스터와, 연자성체와 하베스터 사이의 거리(d1)를 조정하는 위치 조정부와, 위치 조정부의 위치 조정에 의한 연자성체 및 하베스터 사이의 거리(d1)의 변화에 따른 하베스터의 전압을 측정하고, 측정된 전압 중 최고의 전압이 측정된 연자성체와 하베스터 사이의 거리(d1')를 결정하고, 결정된 거리(d1')에서 연자성체와 하베스터가 위치되도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
