The hair dyeing product of the present invention has an effect of providing excellent hair dyeing force and color retention force even with only a basic hair dyeing product, even if the product does not contain an oxidative hair dyeing product which causes allergies and irritation. 본 발명은 염기성 염료의 안정성을 확보하면서도 동시에 염기성 염료의 부착성을 향상시킨 모발 염색용 제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 모발 염색용 제제는 알러지 및 자극의 원인이 되는 산화염모제를 포함하지 않더라도 염기성 염모제 만으로도 우수한 염모력 및 색상 유지력을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
