Summary:The present invention relates to a hair treatment agent for treating permanent wave using alkaline ionic water and a method for treating permanent wave using the same. More specifically, the method comprises a step of applying a hair treatment agent including a solvent and alkaline ionic water to hair; a step of drying the hair applied with the hair treatment agent; and a step of applying a permanent agent to the dried hair and treating permanent wave. According to the present invention, elastic permanent wave can be quickly completed, curl forming force, fixing force, and holding power are improved, damage of the hair can be prevented, and smell of a reducing agent can be alleviated. 본 발명은 알칼리 이온수를 이용한 펌 시술용 모발 처리제 및 이를 이용한 펌 시술방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 용제 및 알칼리 이온수를 포함하는 모발 처리제를 모발에 도포하는 단계와, 상기 모발 처리제가 도포된 모발을 건조하는 단계와, 상기 건조된 모발에 펌제를 도포하고, 펌 시술하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 탄력 있는 펌을 빠르게 완성할 수 있는 것은 물론, 컬 형성력, 고정력, 유지력을 개선하고, 모발의 손상을 방지하며, 환원제의 냄새를 완화할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
