Summary:A co-culture mold according to the present invention includes: an intermediate layer having a culture space portion formed in a center portion and a cell support portion disposed on the upper part of the culture space portion to culture cells; a support portion disposed in the lower part of the intermediate layer to support the intermediate layer; and a cover portion disposed on the upper part of the intermediate layer and having an opening for exposing the culture space portion upward, wherein the cell support portion is in a membrane material; epithelial cells or endothelial cells are cultured on one surface of the cell support portion; and an extracellular matrix is cultured on the back surface of the cell support portion. 본 발명에 따른 공배양 몰드는 중앙부분에 형성되는 배양공간부와, 상기 배양공간부 상부에 배치되어 세포가 배양되는 세포지지부를 구비하는 중간층; 상기 중간층 하부에 배치되어 상기 중간층을 지지하는 지지부; 및 상기 중간층의 상부에 배치되고, 상기 배양공간부를 상부방향으로 노출시키는 개구부가 형성되는 커버부를 포함하고, 상기 세포지지부는 멤브레인 재질이고, 상기 세포지지부의 일면에는 상피세포 또는 내피세포가 배양되고, 상기 세포지지부의 배면에는 세포외기질이 배양된다.
