The present invention relates to a fitness care system using a smart band, and more specifically, to a fitness care system using a smart band which uses a wrist-wearable smart band to accurately measure an amount of exercise and reliably performs a health management with the help of a health manager according to the measured amount of exercise. The fitness care system comprises: a smart band which is worn on a wrist of a user to check exercise information including information on heart rates, a body temperature and movement; a mobile terminal which performs a near field communication with the smart band in real time or when necessary, receives exercise information from the smart band, calculates an amount of exercise and calorie consumption to save the same, and guides exercise schedules and dietary menu; a server which receives the exercise information from the mobile terminal to save the same and transmits the exercise information to an expert group; and an expert group terminal which provides information on the exercise schedules and dietary menu through the exercise information for the server or the mobile terminal. 본 발명은 스마트밴드를 이용한 휘트니스 케어 시스템에 있어서, 더욱 상세하게는 손목착용형 스마트밴드를 이용하여 운동량을 정확하게 측정하고, 측정된 운동량에 따른 건강관리자의 도움을 받아 신뢰성 있게 건강관리를 수행할 수 있도록하는 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트밴드를 이용한 휘트니스 케어 시스템에 관한 것으로, 사용자의 손목에 착용하여 심박수정보, 체온정보, 이동정보를 포함하는 운동정보를 체크하는 스마트밴드; 상기 스마트밴드와의 근거리통신을 실시간 수행하거나 필요시 수행하여, 상기 스마트밴드로부터 운동정보를 전달받아 운동량 및 칼로리소모량을 계산하여 저장하고, 운동스케쥴 및 식단을 안내하는 이동단말; 상기 이동단말로부터 상기 운동정보를 전달받아 저장하고, 상기 운동정보를 전문가그룹에 전달하는 서버; 및 상기 운동정보를 통해 상기 운동스케쥴 및 식단에 관한 정보를 상기 서버 또는 상기 이동단말로 제공하는 전문가그룹단말을 포함하여 구성함이 특징이다.
