The present invention relates to a hybrid storage tank and a construction method thereof. The hybrid storage tank includes a concrete pipeline, fastening pieces, connecting plates, gasket parts and corrugated steel pipes. The concrete pipeline is embedded under the ground to be supplied with rainwater, is formed with a passage along a longitudinal direction, and is arranged with a plurality of inflow and outflow hole parts on at least one side surface along a longitudinal direction of the passage. The fastening pieces are respectively provided on the inflow and outflow hole parts to be partially respectively embedded in the concrete pipeline along a periphery of the inflow and outflow hole parts. The connecting plates are respectively connected to the fastening pieces and respectively have connecting parts fastened to a connecting hole part formed through the inflow and outflow hole parts by the fastening piece. The gasket parts maintain sealing between the inflow and outflow hole parts and the connecting hole parts. The corrugated steel pipes allow one side opening end to be respectively connected to the connecting plates to be embedded under the ground. 본 발명은 복합형 저류조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 복합형 저류조는 콘크리트 관로와, 체결편들과, 연결판들과, 개스킷부들, 및 파형강관들을 포함한다. 콘트리트 관로는 지하에 매설되어 우수를 공급받는 것으로, 길이 방향을 따라 통로가 형성되고, 적어도 한쪽 옆면에 유출입홀부가 통로의 길이 방향을 따라 복수 개로 배열된다. 체결편들은 유출입홀부들에 각각 배치되어 유출입홀부 주변을 따라 콘크리트 관로에 부분적으로 각각 매립된다. 연결판들은 체결편들과 각각 연결되는 것으로, 유출입홀부에 통하게 형성된 연결홀부와 체결편에 체결되는 연결부를 각각 구비한다. 개스킷부들은 유출입홀부와 연결홀부 사이마다 기밀을 유지한다. 파형강관들은 한쪽 개구 단이 연결판들에 각각 연결되어 지하에 매설된다.
