The present invention relates to a house dust mite insecticidal sheet and a method of manufacturing the same. Particularly, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a house dust mite insecticidal sheet which is capable of safely killing and removing house dust mites inhabiting in a bed mattress and etc., and to provide a method for mass-producing the house dust mite insecticidal sheet, continuously and easily. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a waterproof coating step (S10) of coating a waterproof material (1a) on one surface of a nonwoven fabric (1) to manufacture a coating sheet fabric (2); a chemical application step (S20) of, after performing the waterproof coating step (S10), applying a house dust mite insecticide (2a) to a rear surface of a coating surface of the coating sheet fabric (2) to manufacture a house dust mite insecticidal sheet fabric (3); and a cutting step (S30) of, after performing the chemical application step (S20), winding the house dust mite insecticidal sheet fabric (3) around a polygonal spinning wheel (310), separating the wound house dust mite insecticidal sheet fabric (3) from the spinning wheel (310), and positioning the separated house dust mite insecticidal sheet fabric (3) on a press (320) to cut the house dust mite insecticidal sheet (4). Therefore, the method not only increases safety of the user by preventing the house dust mite insecticide which may be harmful to the human body from being brought into contact with the body of a user, but also can maximize productivity and manufacturing convenience by enabling a house dust mite insecticidal sheet to be mass-produced continuously and easily at low costs within a short time. 본 발명은 집진드기 살충시트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 침대용 매트리스 등에 서식하는 집진드기를 안전하게 살충 제거할 수 있는 집진드기 살충시트를 제공하고, 이러한 집진드기 살충시트를 연속적으로 용이하게 대량 생산하기 위한 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 집진드기 살충시트 제조방법은 부직포 원단(1)의 일면에 방수재료(1a)를 코팅하여 코팅시트 원단(2)을 제조하는 방수 코팅 단계(S10)와; 상기 방수 코팅 단계(S10) 후, 상기 코팅시트 원단(2)의 코팅면 이면에 집진드기 살충제(2a)를 도포하여 집진드기 살충시트 원단(3)을 제조하는 약제 도포 단계(S20)와; 상기 약제 도포 단계(S20) 후, 상기 집진드기 살충시트 원단(3)을 다각형의 물레(310)에 권취시키고, 권취된 집진드기 살충시트 원단(3)을 물레(310)로부터 분리시킨 후, 프레스(320) 상에 위치시켜 집진드기 살충시트(4)를 재단하는 재단 단계(S30)를 포함하여, 인체에 유해할 수 있는 집진드기 살충제가 신체에 접촉하지 않도록 하여 사용자의 안전성을 높이는 한편, 이와 같은 집진드기 살충시트를 저렴한 비용으로 짧은 시간 내에 연속적으로 용이하게 대량 생산할 수 있어 생산성 및 제조 편의성을 극대화시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
