Summary:The present invention relates to a walking assist rehabilitation machine and, more specifically, to a walking assist rehabilitation machine capable of preventing a fall of a patient or the old and the infirm who needs assistance during walking, due to shaky legs and bending knees thereof during walking. To achieve the above technical purpose, the walking assist rehabilitation machine comprises: a pair of handle frames in which a handle unit is formed at the fore-end unit in order to be gripped by a hand of a user; a waist belt of which both end units are connected to the pair of handle frames, and which is worn on the waist of the user; a shin support frame of which the top end unit is hinged at the back end unit of the handle frame in order to rotate, and in which a shin supporting unit is placed in the lower part thereof in order to support the shin of the user and a hip supporting unit is placed in the upper part thereof in order to support the bottom part of the hip of the user; and a connection frame of which the top end unit is hinged at the middle end unit of the handle frame in order to rotate and the bottom end unit is hinged at the middle end unit of the shin support frame in order to rotate thereby connecting the handle frame and the shin support frame in order to mutually rotate. 본 발명은 보행보조 재활기구에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 보행에 보조가 필요한 환자나 노약자가 보행시 다리에 힘이 풀려서 무릎이 구부러짐에 따라 넘어지는 것을 방지해주는 보행보조 재활기구에 관한 것이다. 상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 전단부에 손으로 파지할 수 있는 손잡이부가 형성된 한 쌍의 손잡이프레임; 상기 한 쌍의 손잡이프레임에 양단부가 연결되며, 사용자의 허리에 착용되는 허리벨트부; 상기 손잡이프레임의 후단부에 상단부가 회동 가능하게 힌지 결합되며, 하부 측에 사용자의 정강이를 받쳐주는 정강이받침부가 구비되고, 상부 측에는 사용자의 엉덩이 아랫부위를 받쳐주는 엉덩이받침부가 구비되는 정강이받침프레임; 및 상기 손잡이프레임의 중단부에 상단부가 회동 가능하게 힌지 결합되며, 상기 정강이받침프레임의 중단부에 하단부가 회동 가능하게 힌지 결합되어 상기 손잡이프레임과 정강이받침프레임을 서로 회동 가능하게 연결해주는 연결프레임;을 포함하는 보행보조 재활기구를 제공한다.
