PDMS PML Method for modeling design the field of battle of ocean plant using Programmable Macro Language linking Plant Design Management System and apparatus for modeling design thereof

The present invention relates to a device for modeling design of electric devices in an ocean plant. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the device for modeling design of electric devices in an ocean plant is to model production design about electric devices of an ocean plant and shipbuilding. The device for modeling design of electric devices in an ocean plant using a programmable macro language (PML) linked to a plant design management system (PDMS) includes: a first step of setting and registering a tray arrangement PML in which a main tray for modeling design of electric devices is arranged by multiple different electric device models, in advance; a second step of setting and registering an item call PML calling an item of the electric device and other function fittings including one or more among a structure, a pipe, and a cabin device by sections, in advance by systematization in accordance with a main item call function when the electric device is designed; a third step of inputting a design condition of the electric device in accordance with a key control of a user; a fourth step of arranging the main tray of an electric device model by corresponding by the registered tray arrangement PML in accordance with the design condition of the electric device which is input; a fifth step of calling the item by individually corresponding to an area selected in accordance with a key control of the user by areas by the item call PML in the arranged main tray; and a sixth step of modeling the electric device by being linked to the called item by areas in the main tray arrangement. So, the device for modeling design of electric devices in an ocean plant enables a worker to easily and simply use a production design program requiring much time and having high importance of modeling as the device for modeling design of electric devices in an ocean plant is exclusive for the design of the electric device of the ocean plant and the shipbuilding based on the PML. 실시예는 해양, 플랜트, 조선의 전장에 대한 생산 설계 모델링을 위한 해양 플랜트의 전장 설계 모델링 방법에 있어서, 상기 전장의 설계 모델링을 위한 주요 트레이를 다수의 상이한 전장 모델별로 배치하는 트레이 배치 PML을 미리 설정하여 등록하는 제 1 단계, 상기 전장의 설계시의 주요 아이템 콜 기능에 따른 체계화에 의해서 구역별로 구조, 배관, 선장 중에서 어느 하나 이상을 포함한 타 직능 의장품과 전장 장비의 아이템을 콜하는 아이템 콜 PML을 미리 설정하여 등록하는 제 2 단계, 사용자의 키 조작에 따라 전장의 설계 조건을 입력받는 제 3 단계, 상기 입력된 전장의 설계 조건에 따라 상기 등록된 트레이 배치 PML에 의해서 대응하여 전장 모델의 주요 트레이를 배치하는 제 4 단계, 상기 배치된 주요 트레이에서 상기 아이템 콜 PML에 의해서 구역별로 각기 사용자의 키 조작에 따라 선택된 구역에 대응하여 아이템을 콜하는 제 5 단계 및, 상기 배치된 주요 트레이 배치에서의 구역별 콜된 아이템과 연동되어서 전장을 모델링 작업하는 제 6 단계를 포함하는 PDMS와 연동되는 PML을 적용한 해양 플랜트의 전장 설계 모델링 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, PML 기반 해양, 플랜트, 조선 전장설계 전용으로 모델링 비중이 높고 시간투입이 많이 되는 생산 설계 프로그램을 작업자가 쉽고 간편하게 사용한다.
