The present invention provides a construction method of a standing module for a building which increases work efficiency. The construction method of a standing module for a building comprises: a step of manufacturing first, second, third, and fourth segments for each tower in advance at a factory located outside a construction site of a building; a step of placing a bottom slab for the lowest ground floor of the building and then installing a base for a module on the bottom slab for the lowest ground floor; a step of sequentially moving the first segments for each tower to a construction area to assemble the first segments on the base for a module and assemble the first segments on each other; a step of sequentially moving the second segments for each tower to the construction area to assemble the second segments on the corresponding first segments and assemble the second segments on each other; a step of placing a bottom slab for an intermediate ground floor of the building; a step of sequentially moving the third segments for each tower to the construction area to assemble the third segments on the corresponding second segments and assemble the third segments on each other; a step of sequentially moving the fourth segments for each tower to the construction area to assemble the fourth segments on the corresponding third segments and assemble the fourth segments on each other; and a step of placing a bottom slab for the highest ground floor of the building. 본 발명에 따른 건축물용 입상 모듈 시공방법은 타워별 제1,2,3,4 분절을 건축물 공사현장 외부에 위치한 제작소에서 미리 제작하는 단계; 건축물의 지상 최하층용 바닥 슬래브를 타설한 후, 지상 최하층용 바닥 슬래브 상에 모듈용 베이스를 설치하는 단계; 타워별 제1 분절들을 시공 구역으로 순차적으로 반입해서 모듈용 베이스 상에 각각 조립하고 상호 간에 조립하는 단계; 타워별 제2 분절들을 시공 구역으로 순차적으로 반입해서 해당 제1 분절 상에 각각 조립하고 상호 간에 조립하는 단계; 건축물의 지상 중간층용 바닥 슬래브를 타설하는 단계; 타워별 제3 분절들을 시공 구역으로 순차적으로 반입해서 해당 제2 분절 상에 각각 조립하고 상호 간에 조립하는 단계; 타워별 제4 분절들을 시공 구역으로 순차적으로 반입해서 해당 제3 분절 상에 각각 조립하고 상호 간에 조립하는 단계; 및 건축물의 지상 최상층용 바닥 슬래브를 타설하는 단계를 포함한다.
