The present invention relates to a needle hub separation preventing cap for a syringe and, more specifically, to a needle hub separation preventing cap capable of preventing separation of a needle hub caused by injecting pressure of a syringe or combining pressure of a needle assembly, and preventing damage of a neck unit of the syringe by dispersing external force transmitted through the needle hub. The needle hub separation preventing cap for a syringe forms a plurality of friction functions on the outside to prevent sliding from a gripped device or hands when assembled in the syringe having the needle hub; is easily mounted by providing elastic deforming force from a center shaft to a side direction; prevents the damage of the neck unit of the syringe by mounting pressure; and prevents separation of the needle hub from the syringe when the injecting pressure is applied. The present invention comprises a supporting pipe unit (20), a fixed unit (30) and a plurality of extending units. 본 발명은 주사기용 니들허브 이탈방지캡에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 주사기의 주입압력이나 니들조립체의 결합압력에 의해 니들허브가 탈거되는 것을 방지하고, 니들허브를 통해 전달되는 외력을 분산시켜 주사기 목부의 파손을 방지하게 하는 니들허브 이탈방지캡에 관한 것이다. 특히 니들허브가 장착된 주사기에 조립시 파지하는 장치 또는 손에서 미끄러지는 것을 방지하기 위해 외면에 다수의 마찰기능을 형성하고, 중심축에서 측면 방향으로는 탄성변형력을 제공하여 장착이 용이하게 이루어지게 하고, 장착압력에 의한 주사기 목부의 파손을 방지하고, 주입압력 작용시에는 니들허브가 주사기로부터 탈거되는 것을 방지하는 주사기용 니들허브 이탈방지캡에 관한 것이다.
