The electric leakage detection unit (80) detects electric leakage and emits light to the outside when the electric leakage is detected so as to have an advantage that anyone of workers can easily check the electric leakage. 본 발명은 누전확인이 가능한 지중배전선 이탈방지용 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 맨홀(10)과 베이스플레이트(20), 완충유닛(30), 외체(40), 접속단자(50), 푸셔버튼(60), 판스프링(70) 및 누전감지유닛(80)으로 구성되며, 누전감지유닛(80)이 누전여부를 감지하고, 누전이 감지되면 외부에 빛을 발산하여 작업자 중 누구나 쉽게 누전을 확인할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
