Summary:The present invention relates to a method for preparing an inorganic coagulant for waste water treatment using a low concentration sulfuric acid solution and a waste water purification method using the inorganic coagulant prepared thereby and, more specifically, to a technique for purifying waste water and using an inorganic coagulant for phosphorus and fluorine in waste water by preparing an aluminum sulfuric acid-based inorganic coagulant by a simple method using a relatively low concentration sulfuric acid solution such as a sulfuric acid solution from which hydrogen peroxide is removed by primarily heating a waste sulfuric acid solution, a diluted sulfuric acid solution, a recycled sulfuric acid solution, and a waste sulfuric acid solution generated in a semiconductor process, a mixed sulfuric acid solution obtained by mixing concentrated sulfuric acid with the sulfuric acid solution from which hydrogen peroxide is removed, and the like. According to the present invention, a reaction can be easily controlled since the reaction is progressed under mild conditions compared to the existing method for preparing aluminum sulfuric acid, a preparing process is economical since aluminum sulfuric acid can be prepared by a simple process, an obtained aluminum sulfuric acid-based inorganic coagulant has higher efficiency of removing fluorine and phosphorus compared to the existing inorganic polymer coagulant such as PAC and the like, a treatment is possible without using a toxic matter since use of sulfuric acid can be excluded in a secondary treatment process, and economic feasibility can be secured by protecting environment and reducing treatment costs of a waste sulfuric acid solution by using a waste sulfuric acid solution generated as a byproduct of a semiconductor process as a novel use for reusing and recycling the waste sulfuric acid solution. 본 발명은 저농도 황산 용액을 이용한 폐수 처리용 무기계 응집제의 제조 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조되는 무기계 응집제를 이용한 폐수 정화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 예를 들어 반도체 공정에서 발생하는 폐황산 용액, 희석 황산 용액, 재생 황산 용액, 폐황산 용액을 1차 가열하여 과산화수소가 제거된 황산 용액, 상기 과산화수소가 제거된 황산 용액에 농황산을 혼합하여 얻어진 혼합 황산 용액 등 상대적으로 저농도의 황산 용액을 이용하여 간단한 방법으로 황산 알루미늄계 무기 응집제를 제조함으로써 정수처리 및 오폐수에서의 인 및 불소에 대한 무기계 응집제로 활용하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 기존의 황산 알루미늄 제조 방법과 대비하여 온화한 조건에서의 반응이 진행되므로 반응의 조절이 용이하고, 간단한 공정에 의해 황산 알루미늄이 제조될 수 있으므로 제조 공정이 경제적이며, 얻어지는 황산 알루미늄계 무기 응집제는 기존의 PAC 등 무기 고분자 응집제와 비교하여 불소 및 인의 제거 효율이 높고, 2차 처리 공정에서 황산의 사용을 배제할 수 있으므로 유독물 사용 없이 처리가 가능하며, 반도체 공정의 부산물로 발생하는 폐황산 용액을 재사용, 재활용할 수 있는 새로운 용처로써 활용함으로써 환경을 보호하고 폐황산 용액의 처리 비용을 절감함으로써 경제성을 확보할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
