The present invention relates to a power supply control device of a solar ray water heater. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the power supply control device of the solar ray water heater comprises a power input part for filtering and stabilizing the direct current power inputted through the solar ray module, a regulator for stepping up or stepping down the direct current power inputted from the power input part according to a feedback voltage magnitude set through an RC time constant, and a direct current power output part which stabilizes the direct current power output from the regulator during a turn-on period of a first load and supplies it as a commercial power of the first load.
