According to the present invention, provided is a grease trap. In order to maximize filtration performance by increasing efficiency in collecting animal and vegetable grease and fine residues contained in food garbage, the grease trap includes: a body having a filtration space having an open upper part to take wastewater and including a drain formed on the floor surface to discharge the wastewater; a filter unit installed in the filtration space and filtering out solid matter contained in the wastewater while the wastewater in the filtration space is being discharged through the drain via the filtration space; and a fixing unit fixing the filter unit to make the filter unit placed in the filtration space of the body. The filter unit includes: an adsorption mesh having an open upper part and made of a grease adsorption fabric to filter out grease contained in the wastewater by adsorbing the grease; and a filtration frame combined with the upper edge of the adsorption mesh and having bending deflection and resetting elasticity while fixing the shape of an opening of the adsorption mesh. 본 발명은, 음식물쓰레기에 함유된 동식물성 유지분 및 미세찌꺼기의 포집 및 수거효율을 향상시켜 여과성능을 극대화하도록; 상부가 개방되어 오수가 유입되며 바닥면에 오수가 배출되는 배수구가 형성된 여과공간이 구비된 본체와; 상기 본체의 여과공간에 구비되며 상기 본체의 여과공간으로 유입된 오수가 여과공간을 경유하여 상기 배수구로 배수되는 중에 오수에 함유된 고형물을 여과하도록 된 여과수단과; 상기 여과수단을 상기 본체의 여과공간에 고정배치하도록 고정하는 고정수단;을 포함하여 이루어지는 그리스트랩에 있어서; 상기 여과수단은, 오수에 함유된 유지를 흡착하여 여과하도록 된 유지흡착포로 이루어지며 상부가 개구된 흡착망과; 상기 흡착망의 상단테두리에 결속되며 휨변형 및 복귀탄성을 가지고 상기 흡착망의 개구형상을 고정화하도록 된 여과프레임;을 포함하여 이루어지는 그리스트랩을 제공한다.
