Summary: | Provided is a heater jacket which does not deform or be damaged at a high temperature while exhibiting flam-retardant, heat-retaining and heat-insulating properties. The heater jacket comprises: a heat generation part generating heat to be applied to a high temperature fluid transport piping structure; a jacket lining disposed on one side of the heat generation part and being in contact with the piping structure to transfer the heat to the piping structure; an insulation layer disposed on the other side of the heat generation part and consisting of ceramic fibers to insulate the heat generation part; and an alumina fabric layer attached to the insulation layer and consisting of alumina fabrics.
난연성, 보온성 및 단열성을 충분하게 발휘하면서, 고온에서 변형이나 손상이 일어나지 않는 히터 자켓을 제시한다. 그 자켓은 고온용 유체수송 배관구조에 적용하기 위한 열을 발생하는 발열층과, 발열부의 일측에 배치되고 배관구조에 접촉하며 배관구조에 열을 전달하는 자켓 내피와, 발열부의 타측에 배치되고 발열부를 단열시키며 세라믹 섬유로 이루어진 단열층 및 단열층에 부착되고 알루미나 직물로 이루어진 알루미나 직물층을 포함한다. |
