Summary:The present invention relates to a method for preparing high-purity copper nano powder improved in oxidation stability and, more specifically, relates to a method for preparing high-purity copper nano powder, which can reduce time and cost required for production by comparing a wet process with a dry process. Moreover, a neutralization step required for appropriate pH control without using a basic solvent is not required, and oxidation stability is significantly improved by comparison of conventional copper nano powder. Therefore, electrical properties are improved for the method to be easily applied to various fields such as an electrode, paste, or the like. 본 발명은 산화 안정성이 향상된 고순도의 구리 나노 분말의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 습식공정으로 인해 건식공정과 비교하여 제조함에 필요한 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 염기성 용매를 사용하지 않아 적정 pH 조절이 필요한 중화단계가 필요로 하지 않으며, 종래의 구리 나노 분말과 비교하여 산화 안정성이 현저히 향상되고, 이로 인해 전기적 특성이 향상되어 전극, 페이스트 등의 다양한 분야에 적용하기 용이한 고순도의 구리 나노 분말의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
