According to an embodiment, the present invention relates to a device for transporting a coil comprising a main body having a support for supporting a coil to transfer the coil; a sensing means for sensing a loosening phenomenon in which an end of the coil moves in a direction opposite to a winding direction of the coil; and fixing means disposed on the support. The fixing means fixes the end of the coil by using a fixing member when the loosening phenomenon is sensed by the sensing means. Accordingly, the device for transporting the coil can prevent the increase of the loosening phenomenon by fixing the end part of the coil to the coil when the loosening phenomenon of the coil occurs. 실시예는 코일을 지지하는 지지대를 구비하여 상기 코일을 이송하는 본체; 상기 코일의 권선방향과 반대되는 방향으로 상기 코일의 단부가 이동하는 풀림 현상을 감지하는 감지수단; 및 상기 지지대에 배치되는 고정수단을 포함하며, 상기 감지수단에 의해 상기 풀림 현상 감지시, 상기 고정수단은 고정부재를 이용하여 상기 코일의 단부를 고정하는 코일 운반용 장치에 관한 것이다. 이에 따라, 상기 코일 운반용 장치는 코일의 풀림 현상이 발생한 경우 코일의 단부를 코일에 고정하여 상기 풀림 현상이 증가하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
