In order to improve user convenience, the present invention provides a breathing rehabilitation device comprising: a body unit which includes a receiving chamber unit included in a cylindrical shape and having a receiving space formed inside, a first communication passage unit penetrating in one side of the receiving chamber unit, and a second communication passage unit penetrating in the upper part of the receiving chamber unit, connected to the outside, and arranged at a preset angle to the first communication passage unit based on the center of the receiving chamber unit; and a blade unit which is inserted into the receiving space and has a plurality of rotation wings protruding radially from a rotary shaft arranged in the center of the receiving chamber unit in order to generate vibration for respiratory muscle strengthening exercise when the rotation wings rotate and accordingly, each end part thereof selectively opens and closes the first and second communication passage units, wherein the center of gravity of the rotary wings is biased in order to return to a preset position by gravity when the rotation is stopped. 사용편의성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 원통 형상으로 구비되어 내부에 수용공간이 형성되는 수용챔버부와, 상기 수용챔버부의 일측부에 관통되는 제1연통유로부와, 상기 수용챔버부의 상부에 관통되어 외부와 연통되되 상기 수용챔버부의 중심을 기준으로 상기 제1연통유로부와 기설정된 각도로 배치되는 제2연통유로부를 포함하는 바디부; 및 상기 수용공간에 삽입되며, 회전됨에 따라 각 단부가 상기 제1연통유로부 및 상기 제2연통유로부를 선택적으로 개폐하여 호흡근 강화운동을 위한 진동이 발생되도록 상기 수용챔버부의 중심에 배치되는 회전축으로부터 복수개소 방사상으로 돌설되되, 회전정지시 중력에 의해 기설정된 배치상태로 회귀되도록 무게중심이 편중된 복수개의 회전날개로서 구비되는 블레이드부를 포함하는 호흡 재활 장치를 제공한다.
