A method and an apparatus for providing notification information are disclosed. The method for providing notification information comprises steps of: determining notification channel preference information of a user by analyzing preferences for each notification channel based on the notification log data of the user; training a notification channel determination model based on user information and the notification channel preference information of the user; determining which notification channel provides current notification using the trained notification channel determination model; and providing the current notification to the user through the determined notification channel.
