The present invention relates to a system for providing an outdoor/indoor air quality measurement and ventilation control sharing platform service. The system includes: an air quality measurement part measuring the quality of air in an indoor space; an air quality sharing platform server generating indoor space identification information about the indoor space, transmitting air quality measurement information measured by the air quality measurement part, analyzing the air quality measurement information to calculate an air quality index score, and generating and sharing air quality index information including the calculated air quality index score; a portable terminal displaying the indoor space identification information transmitted from the air quality sharing platform server and the air quality index information corresponding to the indoor space identification information and air quality index information corresponding to indoor space identification information selected by a user; and a management terminal controlling an air conditioning facility in a smart building management system (BMS), which is installed in the indoor space, to remotely improve the quality of air in the indoor space by being automatically connected with the facility when the air quality index information about the indoor space is transmitted from the air quality sharing platform server. 본 발명은 실내외 공기질 측정 및 공유 플랫폼 서비스 제공 시스템에 관한 것으로, 실내공간의 공기질을 측정하는 공기질 측정부; 상기 실내공간에 대한 실내공간 식별정보를 생성하고, 상기 공기질 측정부에서 측정한 공기질 측정 정보가 전송되며, 상기 공기질 측정 정보를 분석하여 공기질 지수 점수를 산출하고, 산출된 공기질 지수 점수를 포함하는 공기질 지수 정보를 생성 및 공유하는 공기질 공유 플랫폼 서버; 상기 공기질 공유 플랫폼 서버로부터 전송되는 실내공간 식별정보 및 상기 실내공간 식별정보에 대응하는 공기질 지수 정보와, 사용자가 선택한 실내공간 식별정보에 대응하는 공기질 지수 정보를 표시하는 휴대단말; 및 상기 공기질 공유 플랫폼 서버로부터 상기 실내공간에 대한 공기질 지수 정보의 전송시 상기 실내공간에 설치되는 스마트 건물 관리 시스템(Building Management System: BMS) 내 공조 시설과 자동 연동하여 원격으로 실내공간의 공기질 상태를 개선하도록 제어하는 관리단말;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
