According to an embodiment of the present invention, an automatic apparatus for writing and probating a personal information processing policy comprises: an information input unit of inputting necessary information needed for writing a personal information processing policy suitable for a customer; a writing guide unit of providing a writing guide; a personal information processing policy writing unit of writing items of the personal information processing policy using the necessary information according to the writing guide; a probating unit of performing probation with respect to content of details of the written items of the personal information processing policy and legal requirements of the content; and an outputting unit of processing and outputting the probated personal information processing policy in a file form which a user wants. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 개인정보 처리 방침 작성 및 검증 자동화 장치는 고객에게 적합한 개인정보처리방침 작성에 필요한 필수정보를 입력하는 정보 입력부; 작성 가이드를 제공하는 작성 가이드부; 상기 필수정보를 상기 작성 가이드에 따라 개인정보처리방침을 작성하는 개인정보처리방침 작성부; 작성된 개인정보처리방침의 세부항목의 내용 및 내용의 법적 요구사항에 대한 검증을 수행하는 검증부; 및 검증된 개인정보처리방침을 사용자가 원하는 파일 형태로 가공하여 출력하는 출력부를 포함한다.
