The present invention relates to a horizontal disk moving type butterfly valve. According to the present invention, the horizontal disk moving type butterfly valve is formed to rotate a disk while moving the disk in a horizontal direction via a horizontal moving means when the disk rotated to control a flow of fluid is rotated, so that interference between a body seat and a disk seat is minimized, thereby reducing power due to smooth rotational operation, preventing wearing of the seat, and being smoothly operated even if contraction/expansion occurs. According to the present invention, the horizontal disk moving type butterfly valve comprises a body, disk, rotary shaft, bushing, and driving unit. 본 발명은 디스크 수평 이동형 버터플라이 밸브에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 유체의 흐름을 단속하기 위해 회전 작동되는 디스크의 회전 작동 시 디스크를 수평으로 이동되면서 회전 작동되도록 구성하여 바디시트와 디스크시트의 간섭을 최소화함으로써 원활한 회전 작동에 의한 동력절감을 가능하게 하고, 더불어 시트의 마모 방지 및 수축과 팽창 현상이 발생되더라도 원활하게 동작할 수 있도록 구성한 디스크 수평 이동형 버터플라이 밸브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 유체의 흐름을 단속하기 위해 회전 작동되는 디스크의 회전 작동 시 수평이동수단을 매개로 수평 방향으로 이동시키면서 회전 작동되도록 구성하여 바디시트와 디스크시트의 간섭을 최소화함으로써 원활한 회전 작동에 의한 동력절감을 가능하게 하고, 더불어 시트의 마모 방지 및 수축과 팽창 현상이 발생되더라도 원활하게 동작할 수 있도록 한 효과를 나타낸다.
