Summary:The present invention relates to an antimicrobial peptide derived from Perinereis linea consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, a polynucleotide encoding the antimicrobial peptide, a recombinant vector including the polynucleotide, a host cell transformed with the recombinant vector, a method for producing an antimicrobial peptide by transforming the host cell with the recombinant vector, an antimicrobial peptide produced by the method, a feed additive for fish and an antimicrobial composition for fish containing the antimicrobial peptide as an active ingredient. The antimicrobial peptide of the present invention may be usefully used as an antibiotic substitute for fish. 본 발명은 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 갯지렁이() 유래의 항균 펩티드, 상기 항균 펩티드를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드, 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 재조합 벡터, 상기 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 숙주세포, 상기 재조합 벡터로 숙주세포를 형질전환하여 항균 펩티드를 생산하는 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 생산된 항균 펩티드, 상기 항균 펩티드를 유효성분으로 함유하는 어류용 항균 조성물 및 어류용 사료첨가제에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 항균 펩티드는 어류에 대한 항생제 대체 물질로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
