The present invention relates to an underground distribution line insertion-dedicated protective enclosure, which comprises: a support seated on the ground, and having a plurality of through-hole parts; a pillar member for extending upright from a center portion to an upper side of the support, having a hollow inner part, having an opening and closing hole part on one circumferential surface, and having a cover member installed to be opened and closed to open or close the opening and closing hole part; a support body installed on the pillar member, and having a plurality of receiving groove parts facing the through-hole parts; a cover part installed to be slid in the support body, and opening or closing a plurality of receiving groove parts at the same time; a driving unit for providing a driving force to open and close the receiving groove parts by coupling or separating the cover part and the support body; and an opening and closing rotation part for allowing an interval between a plurality of finishing panels provided in the cover part to be arranged on the same line as that of the receiving groove parts while rotating the cover part when the receiving groove parts are opened while the cover part is ascended. 본 발명은, 지면에 안착되고, 복수 개의 통과홀부가 형성되는 받침대; 상기 받침대의 중앙부로부터 상측으로 직립되게 연장되고, 내부가 중공되며, 일측 둘레면에 개폐홀부가 형성되고, 상기 개폐홀부를 개방 또는 폐쇄하도록 덮개부재가 개폐 가능하게 설치되는 기둥부재; 상기 기둥부재에 설치되고, 상기 통과홀부에 대향되는 복수 개의 수납홈부가 구비되는 지지본체; 상기 지지본체에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되고, 복수 개의 상기 수납홈부를 동시에 개방 또는 폐쇄시키는 커버부; 상기 커버부와 상기 지지본체를 결합 또는 분리시켜 상기 수납홈부를 개폐하는 구동력을 제공하는 구동부; 및 상기 커버부가 상승되면서 상기 수납홈부를 개방할 때에 상기 커버부를 회전시키면서 상기 커버부에 구비되는 복수 개의 마감패널의 간격이 상기 수납홈부와 동일선상에 배치되게 하는 개폐회전부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
