Summary: | According to the present invention, a conductive polymer film divides a catalyst by a predetermined time and polymerizes through three steps to control a reaction not to explosively proceed in an initial stage of the reaction while maintaining an overall responsivity, thereby maintaining electric conductivity and improving a light transmittance. According to the present invention, the conductive polymer film has an average light transmittance of 81% or higher and a haze of 0.2 or less in a visible light area under a sheet resistance of 60 Ω/sq, and a CIE color coordinate reference b* in -3.5 to -2.5, and has a high transmittance in a low resistance area. In addition, application as a transparent electrode using a conductive polymer film requires a high transmittance in a low resistance area less than 100 Ω/sq. The conductive polymer film of the present invention has a high light transmittance and a low haze value under a sheet resistance of 60 Ω/sq, thereby being applied to a transparent electrode and having an excellent transparent electrode effect.
본 발명에 따른 전도성 고분자 필름은, 일정 시간 간격으로 촉매를 분할하여 3 단계에 걸쳐 중합시킴으로써 반응 초기에 반응이 폭발적으로 진행되지 않도록 제어하는 동시에 전체 반응도를 유지할 수 있어, 전기 전도도를 유지하면서 광투과도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 전도성 고분자 필름은, 면저항 60 Ω/sq 조건에서, 가시광선 영역에서의 평균 광투과도가 81% 이상이고 헤이즈가 0.2 이하이며, CIE 색좌표 기준 b*는 -3.5 내지 -2.5 범위로, 저저항 영역에서 높은 투과율을 나타낼 수 있다. 또한, 전도성 고분자 필름을 이용한 투명전극으로의 응용 시 100 Ω/sq 미만의 저저항 영역에서의 높은 투과율이 필수적인데, 본 발명의 전도성 고분자 필름은 면저항 60 Ω/sq 조건에서 높은 광투과도 및 낮은 헤이즈 값을 나타내므로 투명전극에 응용이 가능하며, 우수한 투명전극 효과를 나타낼 수 있다. |
