Summary:A conductive polymer solution and a conductive polymer film using the same according to the present invention inhibit oxygen generation in a catalytic reaction and can prevent the degradation of optical and electrical properties caused by oxidation by using a catalyst, wherein a positive ion is exchanged with a hydrogen ion through a positive ion exchange resin. A method for preparing the conductive polymer film comprises the steps of: preparing a solution containing conductive polymers which are polymerized in a catalytic condition under which a positive ion is exchanged with a hydrogen ion through a positive ion exchange resin; and forming a thin film using the solution. 본 발명에 따른 전도성 고분자 용액 및 이를 이용한 전도성 고분자 필름은, 양이온교환수지를 이용하여 양이온이 수소이온으로 교환된 촉매를 이용함으로써, 촉매 반응 시 산소 발생을 억제시켜 산화로 인한 광학적, 전기적 물성 저하를 방지할 수 있다.
