Disclosed is an instrument panel assembly. The instrument panel assembly according to the present invention comprises an instrument panel having a door insertion hole formed therein, and an airbag door mounted on the instrument panel. The airbag door includes: a wall portion which is inserted into the door insertion hole and to which an airbag module is coupled; and a cover part covering a front surface of the instrument panel along the circumference of the door insertion hole. The front surface of the instrument panel is formed with a protrusion part which is in close contact with the rear surface of the cover part along the circumference of the door insertion hole.
