Provided is a cooking container with thermal cycling and odor-removing functions, configured to guide heat of fire directly to the inside thereof, such that food can be evenly cooked through direct heating, and burn and remove food odor generated when the food is cooked. According to the present invention, the food can be collectively cooked by radiant heat generated from a heating plate and convection heat flowing in an inner space of a cover, and the odor generated while cooking can be burned and removed effectively. In addition, a protrusion is formed on a lower surface of a bottom plate, and the protrusion is configured to be in direct contact with a safety device formed on a gas range, and thus, gas can be effectively supplied to the gas range and the gas supplied to the gas range is cut off when the protrusion is not in contact with the safety device. Therefore, it is possible to prevent any possible accident caused by gas. 본 발명은 화기를 조리용기 내부로 직접 유도하여 직화를 통해서도 음식물을 보다 균일하게 조리할 수 있음은 물론이며 음식물을 조리시 발생하는 음식 냄새를 태워 제거할 수 있도록 하는 열순환 및 냄새 제거 기능을 갖는 조리용기를 제공한다. 본 발명은 가열판에서 발생되는 복사열과 덮개의 내부공간에서 유동되는 대류열에 의해 음식물을 전체적으로 익힐 수 있고, 조리시 발생하는 냄새를 태워 효과적으로 제거할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다. 그리고, 바닥판의 하면에 돌출부를 형성하여 돌출부가 가스레인지에 형성된 안전장치와 직접 접촉하도록 함으로써 가스레인지에 가스를 원활하게 공급할 수 있고, 돌출부가 가스레인지의 안전장치와 비접촉시 가스레인지로 공급되는 가스는 차단되므로 가스에 의한 안전사고를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
