Summary: | Disclosed is a self-powered oscillator which can separately adjust current characteristics and voltage characteristics. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the self-powered oscillator comprises: a battery unit for charging a charge by a current supplied from a current source and determining the speed of a voltage charged by an intensity level of the current; and a switching unit for discharging the battery unit by being turned on when a first voltage value which is a voltage value of the battery unit is higher than or equal to a preset rise threshold voltage value, and switching to charge the charge in the battery unit by being turned off when the first voltage value is lower than or equal to a preset fall threshold voltage value.
자가 전원 발진 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자가 전원 발진 장치는 전류 소스로부터 공급되는 전류에 의해 전하가 충전되고, 상기 전류의 세기크기에 따라 충전되는 전압의 속도가 결정되는 축전부와, 상기 축전부의 전압 값인 제1 전압 값이 기설정된 상승 임계 전압 값 이상인 경우 턴 온 되어 상기 축전부를 방전시키고, 상기 제1 전압 값이 기설정된 하강 임계 전압 값 이하인 경우, 턴 오프 되어 상기 축전부에 전하가 충전되도록 스위칭하는 스위칭부를 포함한다. |
