Summary:The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for recovering a three-phase transformer. The apparatus comprises: a measurement unit for measuring a three-phase voltage and a three-phase current of a three-phase transformer; a determination unit for determining a normal phase and a faulty phase among three phases based on the three-phase voltage and the three-phase current received from the measurement unit; and a recovery unit for receiving the normal phase and the faulty phase from the determination unit and maintaining normal power of the three-phase transformer through the normal phase and a replacement phase after generating the replacement phase to recover the faulty phase based on the normal phase so as to recover the three-phase transformer. 본 발명은 삼상 변압기의 복구 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 삼상 변압기의 3상 전압 및 3상 전류를 측정하는 측정부, 측정부로부터 전달받은 3상 전압 및 3상 전류를 토대로 3상 중 정상상 및 고장상을 판별하는 판별부, 및 판별부로부터 정상상 및 고장상을 전달받고, 정상상을 기반으로 고장상을 복구하기 위한 대체상을 생성한 후, 정상상 및 대체상을 통해 삼상 변압기의 정상 전력을 유지함으로써 삼상 변압기를 복구하는 복구부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
