Summary: | Disclosed are a vehicle control apparatus capable of efficiently preventing a traffic accident and a vehicle control method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle control apparatus comprises: an input unit receiving a collision prevention operation signal from a collision prevent apparatus and receiving current object information detected by a detection device; a setting unit setting a sensitive collision area for each driver when receiving an on-operation signal during the collision prevention operation signal; a determination unit determining whether the received current object information is within the sensitive collision area for each driver; and a control unit controlling the collision prevention apparatus to operate the collision prevention operation of the collision prevention apparatus in a target operation time point faster than a set reference operation time point when the received current object information is within the sensitive collision area for each driver.
차량 제어 장치 및 차량 제어 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 차량 제어 장치 및 차량 제어 방법은 충돌 방지 장치로부터 충돌 방지 동작 신호를 입력받고, 감지 장치에서 감지한 현재 물체 정보를 입력받는 입력부; 충돌 방지 동작 신호중 온(ON) 동작 신호를 입력받으면, 운전자별 충돌 민감 영역을 설정하는 설정부; 입력된 현재 물체 정보가 설정된 운전자별 충돌 민감 영역 범위내에 존재하는지를 판단하는 판단부; 및 현재 물체 정보가 운전자별 충돌 민감 영역 범위내에 존재하면, 충돌 방지 장치의 충돌 방지 동작을 설정된 기준 동작 시점보다 빠른 목표 동작 시점에서 동작시키도록 충돌 방지 장치를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다. |
