Summary:The present invention relates to an underground inclination measuring device and an underground inclination measuring method using the same. According to the present invention, the underground inclination measuring device includes a two-way coupler (13), upper and lower joints (11, 12), and a center weight (14). The two-way coupler (13) is connected to a lower end of an upper joint (11) to rotate. An upper end of the lower joint (12) is connected to the two-way coupler (13). A pair of first upper rotation pins (18a) and a pair of second upper rotation pins (18b) are installed in the upper joint (11) to rotate by individually facing each other. A pair of first lower rotation pins (19a) and a pair of second lower rotation pins (19b) are installed in the lower joint (12) to rotate by individually facing each other. A first-axis optical fiber sensor (151) is installed between the first upper rotation pin (18a) and the first lower rotation pin (19a), and a second-axis optical fiber sensor (152) is installed between the second upper rotation pin (18b) and the second lower rotation pin (19b) in a sensor main body (1). The underground inclination measuring device can measure extension and deformation in the second-axis optical fiber sensor (152) when the center weight (14) is tilted in a first direction as the two-way coupler (13) rotates due to underground inclination, using the sensor main body (1). Also, the underground inclination measuring device can measure the extension and deformation in the first-axis optical fiber sensor (151) when the lower joint (12) and the center weight (14) are tilted in a second direction by rotating. So, the underground inclination measuring device can accurately measure the underground inclination in multiple directions, which occurs in various directions for prevention of an accident caused by land subsidence or a collapse of a temporary wall and safety diagnosis of the ground when construction such as excavation is conducted. 본 발명은 2방향 결합커플러(13), 상,하부 조인트(11, 12) 및 중심추(14)를 포함하며, 2방향 결합커플러(13)는 회전가능하게 상부 조인트(11)의 하단에 결합되고, 하부 조인트(12)의 상단은 회전가능하게 2방향 결합커플러(13)에 결합되며, 상부 조인트(11에는 한 쌍의 제1상부회전핀(18a)과 한 쌍의 제2상부회전핀(18b)이 각각 대향 배치되어 회전가능하게 구비되어 있고, 하부 조인트(12)에는, 한 쌍의 제1하부회전핀(19a)과 한 쌍의 제2하부회전핀(19b)이 각각 대향배치되어 회전가능하게 구비되어 있고, 제1상부회전핀(18a)와 제1하부회전핀(19a) 사이에 제1축 광섬유 센서(151)가 설치되고, 제2상부회전핀(18b)와 제2하부회전핀(19b) 사이에 제2축 광섬유 센서(152)가 설치되어 있는 센서본체(1)를 이용하여, 지중경사로 인해 2방향 결합커플러(13)가 회전되어 중심추(14)가 제1방향으로 기울어질 때의 제2축 광섬유 센서(152)에서의 신축변형을 측정하고, 하부 조인트(12)와 중심추(14)가 회전하여 제2방향으로 기울어질 때의 제1축 광섬유 센서(151)에서의 신축변형을 측정함으로써, 터파기 등의 공사 수행시 지반의 안전진단, 지반 함몰이나 가설벽체 붕괴로 인한 사고예방 등을 위하여 여러 개의 방향으로 발생하는 다방향 지중경사를 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 지중경사 측정장치와, 이를 이용한 지중경사 측정방법에 관한 것이다.
