Summary:The present invention provides a pressure measuring device capable of reducing manufacturing costs and simply performing maintenance. According to the present invention, a diaphragm (3) is installed to close a vacuum cap (4), and a vacuum unit (E) coming into contact with the diaphragm (3) is formed in the vacuum cap (4). An FBG sensor is integrally attached and connected while being attached to the outer surface of the diaphragm (3). When a lower cap (1) is installed in an object for pressure measurement, the pressure is generated. When the pressure is generated, the pressure flowing inside through a pressure inflow hole (11) of the lower cap (1) is applied to the diaphragm (3) coming into contact with the vacuum unit (E). The diaphragm (3) is deformed, and, therefore, the FBG sensor (5) is deformed. As a deformation rate of the FGB sensor (5) generated is measured, the pressure is measured by being calculated. 본 발명은 진공 캡(4)을 폐쇄하도록 다이아프램(3)이 설치되어, 진공 캡(4)에는 다이아프램(3)과 접하는 진공부(E)가 형성되고, FBG 센서가 다이아프램(3)의 외면에 밀착된 상태로 일체로 부착 결합되며, 하부 캡(1)이 압력 측정 대상에 설치된 상태에서 압력이 발생하면, 하부 캡(1)의 압력유입공(11)을 통해서 유입된 압력이 진공부(E)와 접하고 있는 다이아프램(3)에 작용하여, 다이아프램(3)이 변형되고 그에 따라 FBG 센서(5)가 변형되며, 발생된 FBG 센서(5)의 변형률을 측정함으로써 압력을 산출하여 측정하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력측정장치에 관한 것이다.
