Summary:The present invention relates to an ultra-water-repellent porous membrane and a method for manufacturing the same. The ultra-water-repellent porous membrane comprises: a porous membrane structure having a closed cell convex structure which supports a porous membrane having micropores formed therein and forms a closed structure when water adheres to a surface to enable air to be retained inside the structure; and a coating layer on the surface of the porous membrane structure for enhancing ultra-water-repellency and durability. A positive contact angle with respect to water is 150° or more, and a sliding angle is 5° or less, whereby an air layer can be more stably maintained in water. 본 발명은 초발수 다공성 막 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 미세 기공이 형성된 다공성 막을 지지하며 물이 표면에 부착될 시 닫힌 구조를 형성하여 구조물 내부적으로 공기를 보유할 수 있게 하는 닫힌 셀(closed cell) 볼록 구조 형상을 갖는 다공성 막 구조물, 및 상기 다공성 막 구조물 표면에 초발수성 및 내구성을 향상시키는 코팅층을 포함하는 구조로 이루어져 물에 대한 정접촉각은 150°이상이며, 미끄럼각은 5°이하로써, 수중에서 공기층을 보다 안정적으로 유지할 수 있다.
