Summary:The present invention relates to a thermostat and cooling system with a multiple heat radiation structure using phase changes and, more specifically, to a thermostat and cooling system which can satisfy fixated temperature and cooling of a power device at the same time using latent heat radiated or absorbed when a phase of a coolant is changed. The thermostat and cooling system comprises: a heating element; a heat sink which is attached to the heating element and in which the coolant flows; a coolant condenser cooled by the coolant which flows out from the heat sink to be induced thereinto; a heat exchanger cooled by the coolant which flows out from the heat sink to be induced thereinto; and a heater maintaining, at constant temperature, the temperature of the coolant flowing out from the heat sink. 제안기술은 다중방열구조의 상변화 정온냉각시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 냉매의 상이 변할 때 방출되거나 흡수되는 잠열을 이용하여 전력장치의 정온과 냉각을 동시에 만족할 수 있는 정온냉각시스템에 관한 발명이다.
