The present invention relates to a fabric splitting guide device which tightly unfolds a fabric, when a circular fabric woven by a circular knitting machine is split to be flat by a splitting machine and, more specifically, to a fabric splitting guide device which unfolds a fabric in multiple stages without causing corrugation, warpage, and skewness in the fabric so as to enable precise splitting work to be carried out, such that a good quality fabric can be produced and the loss or defect of the fabric can be reduced. To achieve this, the present invention relates to the fabric splitting guide device, which is positioned inside a fabric, produced in a circular form by the circular knitting machine, between the circular knitting machine and the splitting machine so as to unfold the fabric, comprises: a first guide part having both sides formed in a rounded square shape so as to primarily unfold the fabric such that both sides of the fabric have a rounded square cross-sectional shape; and a second guide part which includes one guide member provided, at one side of the first guide part, to be inclined downward and outward, and the other guide member provided, at the other side of the first guide part, to be inclined downward and outward, and secondarily unfolds the primarily unfolded fabric such that the length thereof gradually decreases and the width thereof gradually increases. 본 발명은 환편기로 제직한 원형의 원단을 개폭기를 통해 평면으로 개폭할 때 원단을 팽팽하게 펼쳐주는 원단 개폭용 가이드장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 원단에 주름이나 틀어짐이 일어나지 않고 위곡도 생기지 않도록 다단으로 펼쳐줌으로써 개폭 작업을 세밀하게 할 수 있도록 하여 양품의 원단을 생산할 수 있고 원단의 손실이나 불량도 줄일 수 있는 원단 개폭용 가이드장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 환편기와 개폭기의 사이에서 환편기에 의해 원형으로 제직된 원단 내부에 위치되어 원단을 펼쳐주는 것으로, 양측이 둥근 사각형상으로 형성되어 원단을 양측이 둥근 사각형상의 단면을 갖도록 1차로 펼쳐주는 제1가이드부; 및 상기 제1가이드부의 일측에 하방 외측으로 경사지게 설치되는 일측가이드부재와, 상기 제1가이드부의 타측에 하방 외측으로 경사지게 설치되는 타측가이드부재로 구성되어 1차로 펼쳐진 원단을 전후폭이 점진적으로 감소되고 좌우폭이 점진적으로 증가되게 2차로 펼쳐주는 제2가이드부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원단 개폭용 가이드장치를 기술적 요지로 한다.
