The present invention provides a louver opening and closing system for preventing a fire in an air conditioning plant room, comprising: a louver provided at a ventilating opening of the air conditioning plant room where an air conditioning plant of an air conditioner is installed; a louver opening and closing driving unit provided at one side of the louver to be interconnected thereto and driving opening and driving of the louver; a temperature sensing unit provided to sense internal temperature of the air conditioning plant room; a control unit controlling the louver opening and closing driving unit based on the sensing result of the temperature sensing unit to automatically open and close the louver; and a pest control unit preventing the approach of pests by ultrasonic frequency generated by a control operation of the control unit. Therefore, the present invention provides the louver opening and closing system for preventing a fire in the air conditioning plant room, which automatically opens and closes the louver according to seasons or temperature conditions of external air to prevent a fire in the air conditioning plant room, and simultaneously prevents pests from coming thereinto when the louver is opened. 본 발명에 따른 실외기실 화재 예방용 루버 개폐 시스템은: 공조기의 실외기가 설치된 실외기실의 환기구에 구비된 루버; 상기 루버의 일측에 연동되게 구비되어 루버의 개폐를 구동하는 루버 개폐 구동부; 상기 실외기실의 내부 온도를 감지하도록 구비된 온도 감지부; 상기 온도 감지부에서 감지된 결과에 기초하여 상기 루버의 개폐가 자동으로 이뤄지도록 상기 루버 개폐 구동부를 제어하는 제어부; 및, 상기 제어부의 제어에 의해 발생 되는 초음파 주파수를 통해 해충의 근접이 방지되도록 하는 해충 방제부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 계절이나 외기 온도 조건에 따라 루버의 개폐가 자동으로 이뤄지도록 함으로써, 실외기실에서의 화재를 미연에 방지하도록 할 수 있게 됨과 동시에 루버의 개방시 해충의 유입이 방지되도록 할 수 있는 실외기실 화재 예방용 루버 개폐 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
