Summary:The present invention relates to a hair curling and rolling device, which, more particularly, comprises a supporting part having a terminal for supplying power on one surface thereof; a pair of curling parts which are detachably disposed on one side of the supporting part and whose one side is opened to accommodate the ends of hair; a necklace part that is length-adjusted to correspond to the circumference of the neck of a body, and whose one end extends in the longitudinal direction so as to connect the upper part of each curling part; and a control part provided inside the supporting part and connected to the terminal for controlling an internal temperature of the curling part. 본 발명은 헤어 컬링롤 기구에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 일면에 전원을 공급하는 단자가 형성된 지지부, 지지부의 일면에 착탈되게 배치되고, 일측이 개방되어 모발의 말단이 수용되는 한 쌍의 컬링부, 신체의 목의 둘레에 대응하도록 길이조절 되고, 그 일단이 각각 컬링부의 상부를 연결하도록 길이방향으로 연장 형성된 목걸이부, 지지부의 내부에 구비되고, 컬링부의 내부온도를 제어하도록 단자에 연결되는 제어부를 포함하는 헤어 컬링롤 기구에 관한 것이다.
